Surveys

SchoolMessenger CommSuite enables authorized district and school administrators to "poll" their message recipients to learn the community's views on certain topics. Recipients simply enter a numeric touchtone on their phone to respond to the district's survey.

Our survey module is a great example of our features going beyond expectations and being designed to achieve the desired results. For example,, the district can choose to supplement a phone-based survey with a survey delivered through the web, giving recipients the choice to respond on their own schedule, in the manner that works best for them. SchoolMessenger will make sure that only one response is counted. SchoolMessenger surveys can use an unlimited number of questions, and randomize those questions to increase statistical accuracy. Flexible and comprehensive reports make analysis easier.

"We wanted to get the opinion of various stakeholders in our school district - teachers, students, parents, our Chamber of Commerce, the mayor - on the safety of our school district. We used SchoolMessenger to call and survey them. SchoolMessenger's experience with surveys really helped us. They mentored us during the design and helped us target the questions. Even so, we knew that it was likely that some people wouldn't finish the whole survey.
