In 2005, CGP hired Ron as President/COO of a new technology-driven investment, eInstruction Corporation. At eInstruction, the leading provider of testing and assessment software to K-12 and postsecondary education institutions, Ron oversaw the Company's sales, marketing, technology and subsidiary operations. In less than two years, Ron led a number of key initiatives that contributed significantly to eInstruction's impressive revenue and earnings growth.
Prior to joining eInstruction, Ron was a partner at Fort Dearborn Partners, a management consulting and merchant banking operation, where he successfully managed several middle market businesses and consistently delivered superior rates of return to his clients and investors.
Ron is currently supporting growth initiatives and profit optimization efforts at several of CGP portfolio companies. Ron holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Sanford Kenyon

Sanford comes most recently from eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) where he held various executive roles including interim general manager, head of strategy and business development, head of strategic planning & analytics and CFO for one of eBay's businesses.
Prior to eBay, Sanford served as a vice president of Ensim Corporation, a leading provider of SaaS platform and virtualization software products where he led operations, finance and technology and also drove corporate strategy and global expansion efforts.
Prior to Ensim, Sanford held various executive roles in multiple Silicon Valley start-ups and also spent a number of years in consulting in the areas of strategy, finance and technology.
Glenn Winokur

Prior to launching Emerson Street Partners, Glenn spent over 20 years in key operating roles of several successful software Companies. As CEO of Scalix, a leading linux email and collaboration software vendor, he led it from a handful of customers upon joining to over 600 customers when Xandros Corp. acquired it 3 years later in 2007.
Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer of NetIQ, a leading supplier of security and system management and web analytics software, where he was responsible for all revenue, customer and partner related activities. As part of the co-founding team at NetIQ, he played an instrumental role in leading the company through an extended period of rapid growth from initial product launch in 1996 to IPO in 1999 (NTIQ) and ultimately $300 million in annual revenues in 2003.
Prior to NetIQ, Winokur has held executive positions in sales and business development at several enterprise software companies, including Frame Technology (now Adobe), Documentum (now EMC) and Ingres.
Winokur received a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and is a frequent guest lecturer, mentor and advisor at both the University of Illinois and Stanford University.
Kent Lowry

Kent founded Reliance in 1999, where he served as President and CEO until transitioning the day-to-day operations beginning in 2009. Prior to founding Reliance, Kent held Business Development and Sales positions at US Telecom / PhoneMaster.
Ryan Milligan

Ryan joined Chicago Growth Partners in August 2006 after working as an Analyst with Robert W. Baird Investment Banking. Ryan holds a BS in Management from Boston College and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
