Sanford comes most recently from eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) where he held various executive roles at both eBay and PayPal including interim general manager, head of strategy and business development, head of strategic planning & analytics and CFO for one of eBay's businesses.

Prior to eBay, Sanford served as a vice president of Ensim Corporation, a leading provider of SaaS platform and virtualization software products where he led operations, finance and technology and also drove corporate strategy and global expansion efforts.

Prior to Ensim, Sanford held various executive roles in multiple Silicon Valley start-ups and also spent a number of years in consulting in the areas of strategy, finance and technology.

Howard Wood

Howard co-founded Reliance in 1999. In his capacity as Chief Technology Officer, Howard is responsible for product development, customer support, engineering and quality assurance. Read More >

Prior to co-founding Reliance, Howard held various positions in public education, starting as a teacher in 1987 and later serving as a district Director of Technology. Howard holds an M.A. in Education Technology from Azusa Pacific University and a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California at San Diego.

Ron Park

Vice President, Product Development

Ron is the newest member of the Reliance executive team, having joined Reliance in January 2013 as VP Product Development. He is responsible for leading product development, QA and technology operations, and has over 20 years of software industry and technical management experience to Reliance. Read More >

Prior to joining Reliance, Ron was Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Development at Scientific Learning (NASDAQ: SCIL), where he led an enterprise to on-demand technology and SaaS business model transformation. Ron is a seasoned veteran of the Silicon Valley, and has had executive management roles at venture backed startups such as MuleSoft as well as large public companies such as Siebel, Ariba, and Oracle. Ron began his career at Oracle Corporation in its high growth era in the late 80s and early 90s.

Ron graduated with a B.S. in computer science and engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

Elizabeth Fadil

Liz joined Reliance in April 2010 and brings over 25 years of sales, marketing, operations, and general management experience. Liz started her career at Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) where she spent 18+ years in a variety of roles including several with a specific focus on the education and government markets. Read More >

Prior to joining Reliance, Liz was Director of Public Sector sales at StorageTek/ Sun Microsystems, and was most recently at Information Builders, a leading provider of business intelligence software. Liz is a graduate of Wellesley College, and of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Nate Brogan

Vice President, Marketing & Customer Engagement

Nate joined Reliance in 2000. Since joining Reliance, Nate has served in various leadership roles in marketing and sales, including national sales manager. Today Nate has ongoing responsibility for marketing programs and promotional activities, customer satisfaction and retention, communications, public relations and product management. Read More >

As the company's main product evangelist, Nate regularly speaks to large audiences about Reliance's market leadership position.

Prior to joining Reliance, Nate was a vice president for a beverage manufacturing company he co-founded in 1996 and at which he led capitalization efforts, oversaw operations, and negotiated distribution agreements with nationwide retailers. Nate studied theoretical physics at the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Michelle Manning-Weill

Michelle joined Reliance in January 2012 as VP Finance. She is responsible for the finance and accounting functions at Reliance as well as administration, legal, human resources and facilities. She brings over 15 years of financial, operational and general management experience to Reliance. Read More >

Prior to joining Reliance, Michelle was Director of Finance at Better Place, a high profile, international clean tech startup in Silicon Valley. At Better Place, she was responsible for Global Financial Planning, Reporting, Compliance and Operations. Michelle has also held operational and financial roles at Dell Computer and Snyder Communications. She began her career as an auditor and consultant at Arthur Andersen.

Michelle graduated cum laude with a B.B.A in accounting and minors in finance and economics from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. Michelle is a licensed CPA and earned an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.

Carter Myers

Carter joined Reliance in 2011 as part of the company's acquisition of AnComm, the company co-founded by Carter in 2005. Prior to founding AnComm, Carter held senior management positions in business development, marketing and operations with Illumen and YellowBrix, providers of web-based information services to Fortune 1000 and government customers. Carter graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Classical Studies from Hampden-Sydney College in VA and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi, School of Law. He is also a director of BullyPolice.Org, a leading national advocacy group focused on the rights and needs of bullied children.
