West Acquires Synrevoice

Trusted K-12 communications provider expands customer base with acquisition of market-leading Canadian K-12 notifications firm

SCOTTS VALLEY, CA, March 14, 2016 — West Corporation today announced the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Synrevoice Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of messaging and notification services to the K-12 education and commercial markets. Synrevoice, based in Markham, Ontario, was founded in 1993 and has grown to serve thousands of school clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. Synrevoice will be combined with West’s SchoolMessenger platform.

The Synrevoice offices in Markham will remain open and communications to clients about integration plans will be made over the coming months.
